Privacy Policy
Genniz is an AI platform built for professionals in Tunisia. We take your privacy and the confidentiality of your AI conversations seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
Account data you provide (email, display name, language and theme preferences), the conversations and prompts you send to Genniz, files you upload for analysis, and usage metrics needed to enforce plan limits.
We also store basic technical metadata (timestamps, plan tier, error logs) required to operate and secure the service.
How your chats are handled
Your conversations are stored in our managed database and protected by row-level security so that only you (and our automated server-side workers acting on your behalf) can read them. They are not used to train third-party AI models.
Prompts are forwarded to the AI providers powering each model only for the duration of generating your reply. Uploaded documents are chunked, embedded and retained only as long as needed to support the chat session.
Your controls
You can export every conversation as JSON or permanently delete all of them from Settings → Data. Deleting your account removes all associated chats, files and embeddings.
