By creating an account or using Genniz you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they cover what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Genniz. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Genniz to generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes third-party rights. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use it to attack other systems.
Outputs from AI models can be inaccurate. For legal, tax, medical or financial decisions always confirm with a licensed professional (in Tunisia: an Expert Comptable, avocat or médecin as appropriate).
Plans and billing
Paid plans (Pro, Max, Business) are billed monthly in Tunisian Dinar (TND). Daily message and image quotas reset at midnight Africa/Tunis time. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Service and liability
Genniz is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Tunisian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
